Our Story

Falcon Construction was founded with a different approach to home improvement. After years of working in general construction—covering everything from new home builds and concrete work to windows, siding, and interior remodels—our founder, Cody, saw a major problem in the industry: contractors dragging projects out for weeks, juggling multiple jobs, and leaving homeowners frustrated.

When Cody decided to launch Falcon Construction, he built the company around a promise: projects done right, done fast, and never left lingering. That’s how our Project Completion Guarantee was born. From room renovations to custom sheds, our clients know they’ll get reliable results, delivered on time, without the stress of
endless delays.

Today, Falcon Construction proudly serves Tampa and central Kansas communities within 60 miles, bringing craftsmanship, speed, and trust to every project.

About Our Founder

Cody started Falcon Construction to give Kansas homeowners a better construction experience—one where communication is clear, projects are completed on time, and quality is never compromised. He’s passionate about creating spaces that improve daily life, whether it’s a shed that brings order to a garage or a room renovation that transforms a home’s flow.

Why Choose Falcon Construction

Homeowners choose Falcon Construction because we show up when we say we will, finish when we say we will, and communicate clearly every step of the way. With flat-rate pricing, written estimates, and guaranteed completion timelines, you’ll never be left wondering about hidden fees or when your project will finally be done.
